Join the 4-Week 5% Weight Loss Group Challenge if you're ready for a jump-start to your weight loss in a healthy and sustainable way. Attendees of this class regularly lose 5-10 lbs by the end of the month, and continue losing for several months afterwards using the tools they've learned. As personal challenges come up you will have support of the group and myself to overcome your plateaus.
